Seaplane on Loch Lomond

We were driving past Loch Lomond looking for a place to stop to take a photo and happened upon this beauty. The nice Scottish man even let us sit in his plane! This is an HDR from three RAW photos, taken handheld (like most of my HDR photos – I’m too lazy to carry a [...]

Imagine having this outside your window

I imagine you would have a weak bladder, and probably be slightly deaf? If you do live near a waterfall, please write and let us know.

A Decisive Moment

Unfortunately, this is no Cartier-Bresson. Quite the opposite. I always thought it was a myth that time seems to slow down in moments of danger. Then I saw this space. Now I’m a believer. By ‘this space’, I mean the empty space above my tripod where my beloved Canon 7D was supposed to be. A [...]

The Eiffel Flower

Do ya see what I did there? This is a photo I took back in 2005 on a short trip to Paris. I never thought I’d end up living here. Too expensive for starters. I could go on. Anyway this was taken on a point-n-shoot Sony DSC-P120. I have no idea what happened to that [...]

Le Papillon

A waitress takes orders on Rue De Mouffetard in the 5th arrondisement in Paris. Taken on a Canon 350D, my trusty backup while waiting for my replacement 7D to arrive. This photo is an HDR from three RAW files.

A Party In HD*

This is the story of a girl named Hollie, who had a birthday party. Her friends came to the party, but being slightly old-fashioned, they weren’t able to comprehend that DSLR cameras now do video… Hollie’s birthday from Kieran Bagodonuts on Vimeo. A fly-on-the-wall documentary about the lives of some very special people who cannot [...]
